This is a Java application for using NURBs (non-Uniform Rational B-splines) for smoothing polygons so that the smootheneds curve is either inside the polygon (if you define its points in the clockwise direction) and outside otherwise.
Use left mouse button to enter a new polygon point. Close polygon with a right mouse press.
